Question 1

What is the minimum order quantity?

Accepted Answer

The minimum order is one Complete Display Set per selected series, where one set contains 6 or 12 blind boxes as stated on each product page. You may mix different IPs and series in one shipment, with a minimum of one set per series. Single blind box loose-piece wholesale is not available.

Question 2

Do you ship FOB, DAP or DDP?

Accepted Answer

We quote FOB by default, port of shipment Shenzhen or Yantian, China. Under FOB the buyer takes over the goods at the named port and is responsible for main carriage, import clearance, duties and taxes. DAP or DDP quotes are available on separate assessment and written confirmation.

Question 3

What are the payment terms?

Accepted Answer

First orders are 100% prepayment. We accept bank transfer and other payment methods confirmed by the platform. Warehouse processing and shipping begin after funds are confirmed received. Payment methods for large repeat orders may be negotiated separately.

Question 4

Are these products genuine? Are you an authorised distributor?

Accepted Answer

We commit to selling genuine goods only, never counterfeit or imitation products. Products retain original brand packaging, labels and verifiable identification. We can provide real photographs and publicly verifiable purchase proof on request. POPIFY is an independently operated wholesale supplier. Unless separately authorised in writing by the brand owner, we do not represent ourselves as the brand official or an authorised master distributor.

Question 5

Can I return unsold stock?

Accepted Answer

Wholesale orders are not returnable without reason due to slow sales, market price movement or personal preference. For wrong shipment, missing pieces, transit damage or suspected non-genuine goods, please file an after-sales application within 7 calendar days of receipt with order number, carton photo, product photos and unboxing records where applicable.

Question 6

Do whole-case purchases guarantee a secret figure?

Accepted Answer

No. Cases are delivered factory-sealed and we do not break cases or select figures. Probability follows the brand official ratio, and the normal probability mechanism of original blind boxes is not a quality issue covered by after-sales.
