This policy governs all wholesale business conducted through this website with United States buyers.本政策适用于本网站与美国买家之间的全部批发业务。

I. Who we supply to一、批发对象

This platform primarily serves United States corporate procurement customers, including:本平台主要面向美国企业采购客户，包括：

• Designer toy and collectible retail stores潮玩及收藏品零售店
• Shopify, TikTok Shop and eBay sellersShopify、TikTok Shop、eBay 等电商卖家
• Anime, figure and gift stores动漫、手办、礼品店
• Wholesalers, distributors and other commercial buyers批发商、经销商及其他商业采购客户

The platform principally supplies genuine blind boxes of Chinese designer toy brands such as POP MART, shipped from our China warehouse to the United States.平台主营 POP MART 等中国潮玩品牌的正品盲盒，产品由中国仓库发往美国。

II. Minimum order quantity (MOQ)二、最低起订量（MOQ）

Minimum order is one sealed display case.最低 1 整端起售（1 Sealed Display Case）。

1. The minimum purchase quantity per series is one Complete Display Set; the number of blind boxes per set is stated on each product page as "1 Set = N Blind Boxes".单个系列最低采购数量为 1 整端（Complete Display Set），每端盒数在每个产品页以「1 Set = N Blind Boxes」标注。
2. Mixing different IPs and different series is supported, with a minimum of one case per selected series.支持不同 IP、不同系列混批，每个选购系列至少 1 端。
3. Loose single-blind-box wholesale is not available.不支持单个盲盒拆零批发。
4. As a principle, delivery is made as complete factory-sealed sets. Sets are not broken and hidden figures are not manually selected. We use the term Complete Display Set for a factory-sealed retail display box; shipping cartons containing multiple sets are cartons, not sets.原则上按原厂完整端盒交付，不拆端、不人为挑选隐藏款。本站使用「Complete Display Set（完整陈列端）」指工厂原封的零售陈列盒；装有多个端的运输外箱属于 carton（运输箱），不等于 set。
5. Set purchases do not guarantee a secret figure. Probability follows the brand's official statement.整端（Set）采购不保证获得隐藏款，隐藏款概率以品牌官方说明为准。
6. Certain special, limited-edition and gift-box items may carry separate minimum rules — refer to the product page and the formal quotation.部分特殊款、限量款及礼盒套装可能执行单独起订规则，以商品页面及正式报价为准。

III. Wholesale pricing三、批发价格

Specific pricing is determined by brand, series, market supply and demand, purchase quantity and real-time stock.具体价格根据品牌、系列、市场供需、采购数量及实时库存确定。

• All formal prices are subject to the quotation issued.所有正式报价均以报价单为准。
• Prices are quoted in US dollars (USD) by default.默认以美元（USD）报价。
• Quotations are generally valid for 48 hours, as stated on the quotation.报价有效期通常为 48 小时，具体以报价单为准。
• Different series may be mixed; volume discounts follow applicable promotions or quotation rules.不同系列允许混批，数量优惠以适用活动或报价规则为准。
• Product prices do not include international freight, duties, import taxes or clearance fees unless the quotation explicitly states otherwise.商品价格默认不包含国际运费、关税、进口税费及清关费用，除非报价明确包含。

IV. Stock and orders四、库存与订单

1. Sales are based on actual available stock in our China warehouse.平台销售以中国仓库实际可用现货为基础。
2. Website stock figures are for reference only; final stock is confirmed at order confirmation.网站显示的库存仅供参考，最终库存以订单确认时为准。
3. After an order is placed, staff verify stock, price and shipping information.下单后由工作人员核实库存、价格与发货信息。
4. Item list, quantities, order amount and logistics plan are confirmed with the customer before payment.正式付款前向客户确认商品清单、数量、订单金额和物流方案。
5. After payment is confirmed, warehouse processing and dispatch are arranged within 1–3 business days in principle; special circumstances will be explained separately.订单付款确认后，原则上在 1–3 个工作日内完成仓库处理并安排发货，特殊情况另行说明。
6. For limited products and popular series, long-term availability and continuous restocking are not guaranteed.对于限量产品及热门系列，不保证长期有货或持续补货。

V. International logistics and delivery五、国际物流与配送

• International express and bulk-suitable international logistics channels are supported.支持国际快递及适用于批量货物的国际物流渠道。
• International freight is calculated by weight, volume, destination address and logistics method.国际运费按照商品重量、体积、配送地址及物流方式计算。
• The formal quotation states the transport method, estimated lead time and trade term.正式报价时明确运输方式、预计时效及贸易条款。
• FOB terms apply by default unless other terms are agreed in writing.默认按 FOB 条款报价，除非双方书面约定其他条款。
• Under FOB, the buyer takes over the goods at the named port of shipment and is responsible for main carriage, import clearance, duties and taxes from that point onward, executed per the agreed Incoterms® 2020 and contract.FOB 条件下，买方在装运港指定地点接收货物，此后主运、进口清关、关税及税费由买方负责，具体依所约定的 Incoterms® 2020 和合同执行。
• Port of shipment: Shenzhen / Yantian, China. Under FOB we arrange loading and export customs clearance.装运港：中国深圳 / 盐田港。FOB 项下由我方安排装运与出口清关。
• If a customer requires a DAP or DDP quotation, it is subject to separate assessment and written confirmation.如客户需要 DAP 或 DDP 报价，须经单独评估和书面确认。
• Transit times are estimates and do not guarantee customs clearance or final delivery dates.运输时效为预估时间，不保证海关放行或最终派送日期。

VI. Payment policy六、付款政策

1. First orders are on 100% prepayment in principle.首次合作订单原则上采用 100% 预付款。
2. Bank transfer and other available payment methods confirmed by the platform are supported.支持经平台确认的银行转账及其他可用支付方式。
3. Warehouse processing and dispatch begin after receipt of payment is confirmed.订单在款项确认到账后安排仓库处理和发货。
4. Payment terms for large repeat orders from established customers may be negotiated separately.老客户的大额采购可单独协商付款方式。
5. Bank fees and currency conversion costs apply as stated in the quotation and payment agreement.银行手续费、汇率转换费用等按报价及付款约定执行。

VII. Genuine goods guarantee七、正品保障

1. The platform commits to selling genuine products only, and does not sell counterfeit or imitation goods.平台承诺所售商品为正品，不销售假冒或仿冒商品。
2. Products retain original brand packaging, labels and verifiable identification information.产品原则上保留品牌原始包装、标签及可验证的识别信息。
3. Real photographs and publicly available purchase proof or authenticity verification information can be provided depending on the product.可根据产品情况提供实拍图片及可公开的进货证明或真伪验证信息。
4. No guarantee is made regarding any specific secret figure or designated regular figure inside a blind box.不对盲盒内的具体隐藏款或指定普通款作出保证。
5. The platform is an independently operated wholesale supplier. Unless separately and clearly authorised in writing, it does not represent the brand official or an authorised master distributor.平台为独立经营的批发供应商；除非另有明确书面授权，不代表品牌官方或授权总经销商。

VIII. After-sales and returns八、售后及退换货

1. Wholesale orders are not returnable without reason due to slow sales, market price movement or personal preference.批发订单原则上不支持因滞销、市场价格变化或个人偏好而无理由退货。
2. For wrong shipment, missing pieces, transit damage or suspected non-genuine goods, customers must submit an after-sales application within 7 calendar days of receipt.如商品存在错发、缺件、运输损坏或疑似非正品问题，客户应在签收后 7 个自然日内提交售后申请。
3. Applications must include the order number, carton photos, product photos and unboxing records where necessary.售后申请应提供订单编号、外箱照片、商品照片以及必要的开箱记录。
4. Where supplier responsibility is confirmed, replacement, refund or other negotiated solutions may be arranged.经核实属于供应商责任的，可根据实际情况安排补发、退款或其他协商方案。
5. The normal probability mechanism of original blind boxes is not a quality issue.原厂盲盒的正常概率机制不属于质量问题。
6. If counterfeit goods are suspected, an authenticity verification procedure is initiated; goods confirmed non-genuine will receive a refund and reasonable remediation.如出现疑似假货，应启动真伪核查程序；经确认非正品的商品应提供相应退款及合理补救。
7. This policy does not exclude or limit consumer, product quality or other statutory rights that may not lawfully be excluded.本政策不排除或限制依法不得排除的消费者、产品质量或其他法定权利。

IX. Order cancellation九、订单取消

• Orders may be adjusted or cancelled before payment.订单付款前可申请调整或取消。
• Cancellation requested after payment but before dispatch is subject to stock and order status review.订单付款后、发货前申请取消的，须经库存与订单状态审核。
• Dispatched orders are not subject to unilateral cancellation in principle.已发货订单原则上不接受单方取消。
• Where goods cannot be shipped due to shortage or supplier inability to perform, replacement or a refund of the corresponding amount will be negotiated.因缺货或供应商无法履约导致无法发货的商品，将协商替换或退还对应货款。
